Stonemasons Engraved Slate

An unusual, and mystical, Stonemasons engraved slate depicting a Maltese cross to the centre with two larger triangles forming the shape of a star around it. There are 12 small circles surrounding it. The slate itself pre-dates the engraving, coming from the 19th Century, whilst the engraving is later. Possibly the work of an apprentice.
