Rare 19th Century Miniature Dome

An extremely rare 19th Century Minitiature Glass Dome complete with its original velvet cushion inside. Sitting within is a fragment of Iron meteorite that fell at Sikhote-Aline, Russia on the 12th Feburary 1947. Highly magnetic, weighing 12.9 grams, and 37mm in length. The meteorite comes complete with certificate of authenticity.

Dome measures approx 8cm high x 5.5cm wide.
